GW 6.5 WebAccess logfile location

I wonder if anyone has had the same problem as I have in defining an
alternative location for the logfile for the webaccess agent for GW65sp1
running under Netware 6.5 using tomcat4.1 and apache2. I am trying to tell
the agent to log locally to the server running the agent software.

If you do not define a location the default is correctly used:
(domaindirectory\wpgate\gatewaydirectory\000.prc)
If you define an alternative either on the gwinter.nlm command line using
the /log- switch or in console one no disk logging takes place. I have
tried UNC format and Netware formats to define the log location but neither
work.
Can someone tell me if this is a known problem or better still how to make
it work?
