On one PC (XP) webaccess is stuck in simple mode. Every other PC I try
works fine.
How do you force it back to "frames" mode?
I tried clearing cache, deleting cookies, clearing history,
uninstalling/reinstalling IE6.
The only thing that worked was to go into C1 and deleted all of the
interfaces except frames.
I would like to turn the simple interface back on for WAP folks.

I left a message here 2 weeks ago. . .still no reply.

I think I figured out how to force the mode via a link (in my earlier post),
but it does not
work consistently. For instance I can force simple mode on some PC's but
not others.

Get your other interfaces back (reinstall).

Then change the Browser User Agent string for the *WebPro* entry to *WebPro;*  (add a semicolon before the trailing asterick).

In ConsoleOne, go to the following tabs/dialogs:
GroupWiseWebAccess/Application/Templates/Define User Interfaces/Browser User Agents

Then restart your web server.

There is an IE extension from FunWebProducts (popswatter software) that some people install that is probably causing the symptom.
It adds some additional information to the useragent string from the browser that confuses the WebAccess parser detection for another handheld browser (Palm Treo).
