Email opens extremely slow

We have a problem with one user while using the web access for GroupWise
6.5.
No matter which workstation she is on, when ever she opens an email it
takes an extremely long time for it to open in the IE box. It also has
this long time frame whenever she responds or forwards her email.
She is the only user in the post office/GWIA that is experiencing this
problem.
Different users using the same computers, do not have the same problem. It
is only associated with this user.
What can we do?

I have exactly same problem - (my boss unfortunately) did you manage to sort
your problem? I noticed this a few times on the forum with no
resolution/cause.

I have a little progress on this issue.

If the user logs in with full groupwise context or his full name it goes
straight in. If he logs in with mailbox id it is very slow. Weird.

I have checked for duplicate user ids (none)
