Error 500 - Internal Server Error on WebAccess Logon page

I have a Netare 6.5 server running Groupwise 6.5. I have installed
WebAccess on this server for remote mail retrieval. When I enter the public
IP address for the firewall that maps http traffic to the internal server.
I get to the the Web Services page but when I click on Go, I then get Page
cannot be displayed HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error.

I have searched the TIDs and checked the obj.conf to verify that the correct
entries are noted.
Any other ideas?
