Deleted alias still exists

Hi,

I have deleted the alias for the GWIA from a GroupWise account.
However, it still exists in the list under the GWIA object.

Mail sent to the alias does not bounce, but it does not arrive at the
user either. It just vanishes.

What can be done to solve this?

you can try rebuilding the domain.

Or readding it and then re-removing it.

I have already tried to re-add and re-remove, so I'll do a rebuild of
the domain. I have made a lot of modifications to he domain the last
weeks, so I can imagine that it has lost some of the changes.
