The following is happening to two of our users over and over again.
When they send a message to multiple addresses, the mail does not get
delivered to the selected recipients. If they send a message to just one
person, it's delivered just fine.
When this happens, uninstalling the GroupWise client and then re-
installing it fixes it for a time. For a time everything works fine, then
it breaks again and messages to multiple addresses do not get delivered.
Now the last time that this happened, I had the user go to another
computer that I know was working well and had them try sending a message
to multiple addresses from it and it work fine. Back to the users computer
and it has a problem. So, the problem is inherent to the users PC, but
what could it be? Thanks for your help.
