training schedules and accept/resources

We would like to use Groupwise calendar to mark rooms in use for training,
etc.

That part is easy.

What we want to do is book a room and invite an instructor. How would we
auto-accept the invitation?

Than, we would like to be able to print a resources' (in this case, a room)
calendar so we can put a training schedule up on the door monthly.

Is this possible?
