We have turned on password caching. We are using seperate gw passwords and
network passwords. No edir
authentication, etc.
Anyway, the first time after a user network logs in, they are prompted for
their GW password, which is then used for any Gw client or notify app start
as long as the user stays logged in.
If they network log out and network login, they are prompted again.
I see the pros and cons to that, but Gw should, if password caching is on,
at least try the last successful password it knows before
asking for a password again.

In theory, practice and theory are the same,
In practice they are different!
This is a bit of a pain, because it means that notify cannot automatically
come up (like it does with Outlook).
