GW 6 sp3 and labels

Is the label printing function of the GroupWise address book fixed with
sp3?

It seems to be most people's experience that it works badly, and support
documents only offer a workaround that doesn't work (using mailing label
default leaves off city or state, using select fields puts everything on a
separate line), or state that the problem has been reported to development.

Also is sp3 an authorize beta only?
