Printing the mail in Italic

I have a problem with printing a email in normal text.
When a user prints a email, the printer is printing italic text on the paper,
instead of normal arial text, what his default lettertype is.
If i preview his mail on his notebook, it just look oke to me, normal plain text.
He is the only person in the company.
When printing in Word the tekst is normal.
We are running Windows XP (sp1), GW 6.0.2., Internet 6.0.2800.1106.
