Is there a way a password for caching db can be reset ? Or do I have to
reset the online one and recreate the whole caching db ?
Tks.
Vince.

If you forgot the pw to the caching datase you can't reset the pw.
It's a security item that no other user can reset a remote database
(because that's what a caching database is, the caching mode of
the GW client offers the 'caching' facilities). You can reset the pw
in the online mode and if (default) the sync options between the
online and remote database are set so will the pw or the GW client
will ask you so. You CAN however reset the online pw from the remote
mode (switch to remote mode from the file menu), in tools options
remote and then the server tab.
