Printed E-mail Has No 'Date :'

We are running the GW 6.5 Client on the workstations (no SP).

When this user attempts to print any e-mail (received, forwarded, new),
the 'From:' 'To:' and 'Subject:' sections of the e-mail header are
printing correctly but the 'Date:' section is not! Another user (running
the same computer configuration) prints an e-mail and the 'Date:' section
is there (so, I know it can be done)! As far as I can tell, the help
files give no direction on customizing this (or I'm just asking the wrong
questions).

I know this is probably something pretty obvious and I'm sorry for posting
such a newbie question here but I'm out of patience and out of time. Any
and all help will be most appreciated!
