installing sp3 to agents - you must use the gui?

When installing sp3 for GW6, must you use the gui to update the agents,
which gives you command prompts as if you're installing them, correct?

Can you just copy the files from the agent folder onto the sys volume?

hi

you can use the /copyonly switch. drag the setup.exe from the agent dir into start-->run and add this switch.
