I have posted this question before but I am now ready to actually do the
move and wanted to ask again to see if I am missing something.

I have a Groupwise 6.5 sp1 system. I have one postoffice that resides on
a Windows2000 server that I need to move to another Windows2000 server.

From what I have read it looks like all I have to do is copy the
postoffice directory structure to the new server and then in ConsoleOne
simply change the IP address of the server where it resides.

Am I missing something ?

Well, you need to actually install the POA on the new box, and point it at
the PO you moved to the new box ;-)

When you install the POA on the new box and point at the gateway directory
under the domain, it will see an existing POA installation and ask if you
want to use that object, etc.

How do I install the postoffice with the same name on a different server
when the Postoffice already exists by that name in the tree ?
