I had the need to populate the "Department" field in the Novell Address
Boook for Resources so I went to the System Admin and ask him.
He later return and told me that the Department field is not available to
be populated and is only available for Contacts (which will increase the
license count).

This seemed very strange to me, as an organisation may have heaps of
departments with heaps of resources and you may need to sort the resources
by department.
Can someone clarify this for me please.
I also understand that the "USERID", "FirstName", "LastName" and "Display
Name" must be the same for a resource?
