Are there folks out there using any of the anti-Spam services?

For example, Postini (http://www.postini.com)
Frontbridge True Protect (http://frontbridge.com/ ) or
Caledonia's Iris (http://www.caledonia.net/iris.html) ?

We are really interesting in balancing cost with less IS administration, so
the first two's known end-user recovery from quarantine is really appealing.
Right now we're spending a lot of IS staff time re-sending blocked mail that
users have forwarded to us to be "released".

Any feedback would be most appreciated!

The latest GW guardian allows the users to acces a web site that contains
their spam emails. Most online services start at 1500.00 per yrear with a
lot of hassle. The only draw back is the number of users cost wise for GW
guardian. I did a lot of research and I found this to be a cost effective
situation and I do not have to release anybody's email anymore.
