GwTmStmp not working

I just discovered that GwtmStmp is not working to time stamp my users as
being backed up. The last time it ran correctly was before we upgraded to
GroupWise 6.51 from GroupWise 6.02 on a Netware 6 server. Since we do full
backups nightly but only keep monthly backups, I use the option to only
allow users to delete and empty backed-up items. I then manually run a
gwtmstmp once I make sure the monthly tape as done correctly. When I run
the time stamp utility, the console screen just says, "loading module
gwtmstmp.nlm" The Logger screen shows that it loads the NLM (version
6.05.01, June 23, 2003), and says it has successfully applied the time
stamp. Doing a /Get shows the last time I time stamped before upgrading to
6.51, early December.
