WP9 & GroupWise & Documents & Win2K

During the saving of new WordPerfect documents to the GroupWise library on
Windows 2000 workstations, WordPerfect hangs after it has handled filling in
the properties screen. Using NW5.5, GrpWise 5.5.4, WP9. To clear it I
have to terminate the WP task., not well received by the users. Tried with
WP10 trial version, same result. The document shows up in the document
folder.
Any idea how to identify what causes the hang or a fix to get past it?
Frustrating users to the point of wanting to switch to a Windows only
system.

Admin,
I'm afraid that this might be a "problem" with Win2K and GW 5.5. I
have successfully deployed Win2k and WP10 and WP9 with GW6 and above,
but the older version seems problematic. Of course, you could try to
apply the latest service pack to GroupWise since you are not current,
but that's about the only suggestion I have.
