Sharing documents in documents's directory

Hi folks!

I have a doubt in the GroupWise's client version 5.5, that I have to share
some documents in the Documents's directory and I don't know how to do it.
When I try to add a document by clicking with right button on the mouse
inside the Documents's directory I'm having an error message like below:
"No documents's library available"

Have anyone an idea of what this could be?
