message about saving to Documents folder

On occasion users are getting a message saying "The reference for the
document could not be added to the current folder. It will be put in the
'Documents' folder."

The strange part about this is that they already have the Documents folder
box checked.

Anyone know why this would happen? Is there something I can do to make it
stop?

They are using GroupWise 5.5 ep with the post sp5 support packs.

There is no way to stop it <sigh>! The problem is that they are in
some folder in GW itself that cannot accept a document reference (like
maybe a search folder, the calendar, etc.) and even though they check
the documents box the system is looking at the active folder that GW
has open.
