Find calendar items

I have a customer using GroupWise 6.0 sp3. When they do a search on
Calendar items - i.e. they pick as subject, the name of the legal case and
the calendar they are searching - and they get every item ever created for
that case - including ones that have been deleted or changed to a
different date. If we select posted only as part of the search criteria,
it omits a lot of stuff that we believe has been posted. For example, we
have a trial date for the case. When you go to the calendar itself and
click on the trial appointment and go to properties, it shows that it has
been sent and accepted. Yet, when you do the search with just posted
items, the trial date is missing in the results.

Anyone have any ideas about this?

It sounds like you are searching for both sent and received items
if you are getting deleted and changed items, because they are
existing still in the sent items folder. So, change your search
criteria to omit sent items and choose maybe only received and
posted.

Also, the reason why you don't see some items if you choose posted
is that, as you have indicated in your message above, some are not
posted items. A posted item is one that is just entered directly
on the calendar. The example you list above was not "posted" - it
was sent - as is has been "accepted" - so you need received and
posted in order to see all calendar items.
