H E L P Partition Databses Problem

Have had a problem for 1 year that has users at my throat , please help!

Running Groupwise 5.5 on Netware 4.11 SP9

Users get the C020 when trying to open documents in partitions 9,0 or 1.
There are 2 TID's for C020, one says the quickindexer needs to be run, the
other says the partition database is corrupt (TID10061546) and requires a
structure check with GWcheck. The quickindexer is run once a day and reports
problems accessing these partition databses, a gwcheck structure check
reporting no errors on the individiual partition databses
