We have just upgraded to windows 2000 SP3 and Corel 10. We are still
using GW 5.5 with the latest servive pack but will be upgrading to 6.5 in
the near future. I have noticed a couple of problems with the Corel 10
integrations and GroupWise 5.5.

The fist issue is the amount of time it is taking to profile a Word
Perfect 10 document into a library. some people are reporting a few
minutes with the longest taking over an hour. This has been an
inconsistant problem and difficult to pin point.

The second issue deals with Quattro Pro integrations;

when enabling the integrations I noticed that Quattro Pro shows up twice
on the list of registered apps in Groupwise. If you enable one the other
is automatically enabled.

When doing a file|open from Quattro pro to retrive a file from a library
I get a server busy error followed by another error saying that the file
is in use and that I can only open it as a read only file. If I try to
save it as a different version or as a new document I get the server busy:
folowed by a E8ll error saying I do not have rights to edit the document.

If I try to retrieve a document by clicking File and then choosing the
document from the list of the last opened documents I get an error saying
that the directory does not exist.

If I do a groupwise find and double click on the document to open it.
Quattro Pro Launches but a blank page opens up instead of the actual
file. I try to double click on the file again I get a message saying that
file is in use. If I go into the document properties and check under the
version tab I see that the file has been copied over to a temp directory.

when Saving a new Quattro Pro 10 document into a library It saves the
document as a 0 kilobyte file.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Do you have SP4 for Corel Office 2000 installed? There were a lot
of problems fixed with that one.
