Users get the C020 when a document goes into partitions 9,0 or 1.
From the POA logs, I get consistent errors every day at midnight and
lunchtime
The Indexing Base offset being 0 hours and Quickfinder Indexing Interval
being 12 hrs.
Automatic Library Maintenance carried out after POA structural and
contents checks, logs a C020 for each document in these 3 partitions.
