I have 2 users on 5.5EP that are not getting their address books downloaded. I have even deleted their remote DB's and recreated them. They get the system address book, but not their Personal. If you look in the Remote Log is shows received and does not list any errors. Any ideas? Novell doesn't offer phone support for 5.5 anymore I found out.

Have you double checked their settings in remote, on the advanced address book button? It is possible to exclude books there.
