2 of our users are sometimes receiving "undeliverable" error messages
Here's the error "ALFPRI.APSLOAN is undeliverable for TEST"

ALFPRI is the primary domain
APSLOAN is the post office.

Any ideas or assistance is appreciated

Thank you in advance

Barry, thanks for the response.
I would appreciate if you can explain what you mean by duplicate.
Are you referring to duplicate message or duplicate addressees?
The latter I think is impossible because GW client doesn't allow you to
enter the same email address twice.

Thanks again

I thought your post wass a duplicate - I answered the same question in
another forum - didn't I?

Yep - just found it in Gateways-Internet Agent.

I posted it there too because I wasn't really sure where
the issue belongs. Anyway, we followed your advice by deleting
the "supposed" duplicate in the FC address book.

What's strange is that the user picked up the email address
not from the FC.

Thanks

Whereever they picked up the address, I'd remove/check it.

If the user sent the message to 20 people from the address book and got
the undeliverable, how can the user know which email address is causing
the problem?

Thanks again
Chris

Sent items/right click/properties I would think show it.

Barry, guess what ? The undeliverable happened to me. I'm the 3rd person
who has had this error.
I sent an email to a person from my address book which I have used many
times in the past without any problems. The message I sent this morning
was returned as undeliverable from PRIMARYDOMAIN.POSTOFFICE

Is this a GWIA issue?

What do the sent items properties show? Does anything show at the gwia?

You pointed me in the right direction by looking at the sent items
properties. There is a "transfer failed" status on the errant email
which led me to this TID: 10050180
