I recently changed an account name for a secretary who could proxy into
her boss' account. When she proxies into his account now there are no
mailbox items visible and right clicking on the mailbox and choosing
properties it says there are no items to display. I've tried starting the
entire process over again with both users with no success. I've removed
both proxy connections (one way proxy from her account to his account) and
did a full repair on both accounts, then started again. No success. I've
also checked for display filters in case something was set that wouldn't
show up the mail items but found none. She can see his calendar items,
just no mail items.
When I change her account name back to her old account name and reset the
proxy connection it works fine. Just doesn't work with this new account
name.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
