GW5.2.6 closes on printing

We have around 100 workstations with this configuration.
WinXP
ntwms installed
gw5.2.6 client installed

On 1 workstations groupwise closes when the user wants to print an e-mail
(with or without attachment). I already uninstalled groupwise and used the
cleaning agent afterwards.

Re-installed groupwise, with no results.
Also re-installed the printer, with no results.

Any ideas?

I haven't seen this before, but the fact the GW52 is no longer
supported, and it was never intended to run on XP, you will struggle to
get an answer unless someone else has just happened across this issue.

Have you tried othetr users on the bad PC and is it the same for them?

Can you re-image the PC from a known good one?

I intended to test Groupwise for another user on that PC, but I didn't have
the time yet.
We have an image for that type of PC, but unfortunately this PC has some
special software running on it that was installed afterwards. We probably
have an image of that one too, but I think the bug was already in that
image.
