I've got 1 user who all of a sudden can't see the contents of his email in
the quickviewer. It is completely blank, even if I choose the mime or any
attachments. The client is 5.5.5 on XP Home. It was fine up till today or
so when he told me. I didn't see anything helpful in the KB.
Any ideas?

Michael,

right click in the empty quickviewer window, there's a lot of settings there. Compare the settings to those of a
working installation.

Else I'd remove the Groupwise client, use the cleaning agent, reinstall. Maybe the Quickviewer part got damaged.

Quickest fix is probably a uninstall/reinstall. I'd clean the registry
too.

of the office till later in the week, so I'll try it out when he gets back.

Well, that worked! I uninstalled it & used the GW cleaning agent &
reinstalled & it started working perfectly again.
