We have about 30 staff in the company, and we would all like to look at the
same calender. Does anybody else using GroupWise have this desire? If so,
how do you do it?!

The best I can manage to do with GroupWise is send appointments to an 'All'
group, allowing everyone to put it in there own calender! This falls over
when someone new joins, as they do not have any of the previously posted
appointments! Surely I am not alone in wanting this..?

There are a number of ways around this. Proxy rights and multi user
calendar is the easiest, but clumsy for 30 people. Alternatively you
can always add your appointments to a 'group' calander (set up a
resource) maybe even use rules. Finally there was a third party addon
from a bunch of ex Novell guys in Poland I think that showed a very
compact multi user view. It was aimed at secretary types so they could
see where everyone is quickly. Problem is I just can't remember what it
was called:-( Hopefully someone will!
