We have a machine running W2k with the GroupWise
client installed... everything installed OK, and
the address book was originally available. Now
there are no tabs available for any other address
book except for 'contacts', which is empty.

On prior situations like this, I could just
reinstall GroupWise and it would take care of the
situation... but it didn't work on this last
occurance.

Please help.

Thanks,

-andrew wade

Did you try installing WMS for NT?

Are you sure that the user didn't "close the book"? my users do this
all the time.

Positive... "open book" is grey (not
available)... if it was closed, you would think
that I could open it back up.

Did you check the Inbox Properties to see if the Address Books
were available in the MAPI profile?

If Outlook is installed on the Machine, Remove it
then do a clean install of GroupWise, meaning
uninstall it and run the GW AGENT which can be
downloaded from Novell.
