Language problems in Client

Server: Netware 4.2 with GroupWise 5.5 SP5
GroupWise language NLM: English-US
GroupWise language NLM: English-US
NDS settings: Groupwise language Dutch
Client1: Windows 98-SE English, country settings Dutch
GroupWise Client 5.5.5 Dutch language only
Novell Client 3.3
Client2: Windows NT-4, SP6 English, country settings Dutch
GroupWise Client 5.5.5 Dutch language only
Novell Client 4.8
Both clients have the same problem in Groupwise: the language is half
English and half Dutch.
The menu items are Dutch.
The items on the left side are Dutch, only the "send items" is in English.
When create a new mail,the menu items in this screen are Dutch, but the
items "send to" and the buttons are English.
This is also in the callender, the menu is Dutch and a part of the items
and the buttons are English.
Who has an idea?
