The following error message is being sent to the POSTMASTER. It only
happens when the user account "MIB" starts the Groupwise client. By the
way, the user is using the MAC 5.2 client. How can I resolve this issue.
I really do not know exactly what it is trying to tell me nor do I know
how to resolve the problem.

Error that occurred: C067-Database store number is invalid
Type of message: Defer till late
Type of message: Retrac
Message passed to server by: mib
To requeue, save the last attachment to <post office path>\WPCSOUT\OFS\0

Thanks!

Sharon,

try a structural rebuild of the user database and see if it goes away. Else tell us what happens if you do requeue the
attachment. The same again?

Uwe

I have done several structural rebuilds (see below)

- Current time 10:40 pm
STRUCTURAL VERIFICATION of database
SILVER/vol1:\apps\grpwise\popress\ofuser\user82e.db
Verifying data
- structural problem detected- BAD_KEY_COMPOUND_MARKER (code 0x17 )
- Additional info saved in
SILVER/vol1:\apps\grpwise\popress\ofuser\user82e.$er
Problem 13- Structural problem found in database
SILVER/vol1:\apps\grpwise\popress\ofuser\user82e.db
- Attempting to correct structural problem in database
Problem 39- Unknown file user82e.dba - 713728 bytes, 01/20/04
14:35
- deleting file
- Beginning rebuild for database user82e.db
Saving old database to backup user82e.dbb
Writing corrected records back to database
- Rebuild succeeded
* Recovered 510 out of 510 records

Note: I also have requeued the message several times, but the problem
still exists.

I get the error message when the user starts GroupWise on the workstation
only. She is using a MAC if that means anything.
