i have several distribution lists that i keep in consoleone. several users
have complained that when i make an addition, deletion or change on one of
these dist lists in consoleone, it does not update on a client's novell
groupwise address book. how can i synch them?

kjs,

rebuilding the post office database should fix it. If it happens again, you have a communication problem which
needs to be addressed.

When they have copies of the list their *personal* address books, they
don't get updated by the system, the one in the system address book
does.

Communication between POAs and MTAs, are the admin threads running on the agents, are there
corrupt messages stuck in the queues, such stuff.

Just rebuild for now and see if it happens again. If yes, come back.
