Downgrade support pack

We have a client running GW 5.5.5. They have just purchased Intellisync
which is incompatable. Intellisync says the only way to resolve the
problem is to downgrade (or upgrade) the GW version.
How do I remove SP5 so we are only running GW 5.5.4?
Aparently 5.5.4 is compatable with GW

you just uninstall the client and install 5.5.4 client. Not a biggie. I
don't think the backend matters (did you check?)
