Does anyone know how to edit the names in Novell GW Address Book ? (GW
5.5.4)
I have a NDS User object with a GW account whose First name field is blank
in the GW Address Book. I have to put the name in, but cannot: the OK
button is greyed out in Information; similarly Edit is greyed out in Edit
menu.
Thank you.

Jana,

only the Groupwise administrator can do this, by editing the data in NWAdmin.

Uwe,
Please inform me on what exactly can be done in NWAdmin and how I can check
and make myself GW admin.
When I am in NWAdmin/Tools/GWview I can see this user's info among others
with only exception that his First Name field is blank. In
Details/Identification his first name has always been present. What can I
do for the GW address book?

In this case, try right click and synchronize the user. This should grab the NDS information and put it into the
Groupwise database.

Thank you, Uwe, that worked.
