Some people have, but a lot of others are not posting because there is
no need to. Nothing changed for them for a while, unless they are
finally upgrading to 3.9.

I worked on a BM 3.8sp4 server this week with 842 days up time...
(Server up time. Proxy was less. But I've also worked on some BM
servers recently with 300+ day uptimes just in proxy.)
