NWPKIgetwrappedServerkey returned FFFFFB3 when AUTHGW.NLM loads

TID10090459 describes the exact error I get, but it's fix does not work.
Am running NW6 with SP5 and Bm3.8 with SP2. AUTHGW does not load and
VPMASTER causes CPU utilisation to stay at 88% constantly. Any help would
be greatly appreciated.
