If you need some general information to get started on BMgr, have a
look at the URL below.

The path to the cache volume is called out in the BorderManager Setup
tab in NWADMIN. It is configured as an attribute of the server object
so it needs to be managed with NWADMIN with BorderManager snapins
installed.
