Tried asking in the Proxy forum - How do you handle a WEB site that has 8080 in its URL address????

We have BM 3.9 and use port 8080 for our Proxy server. A County in
California has a Case Index lookup that uses port 8080 in their url:

When we try to access this site from within our environment, we receive
the following error:

Status : 504 Gateway Time-Out
Description : Unable to connect to origin Web server.

resolution.

What entry would we place in our Proxy Exceptions to handle this???
