You can't. LMS check only checks for the eDir schema, and that can't be
remove with justifiable work. Just tell them you're not using it (any
more), if that's what your problem is about.

These guys unfortunately can be very stubborn. If necessary, ask for
their manager :(
Also, LMScheck can't even count how many users you would need, all it
ever could do was to detect if BM was ever installed in your tree.
Everything else is a completely manual Q&A task anyways.
