NMAS RADIUS Misc Error

I just created a new user, added them to the Authentication Policy group and enabled Dial Access Services for my DAS. I try to authenticate through my Cisco ASA VPN to Novell NMAS 3.1.2 to Radius.nlm 4.1.4 (NW6.5.6) and I get a Miscellaneous Error (-1673). I can authenticate other users through the ASA but not this new one. Any ideas?
 
Should I get rid of NMAS RADIUS and try FreeRADIUS? I tried installing FreeRADIUS almost two years ago and pretty much went bald from pulling my hair out. Has the installation/configuration process improved?

Hmmmmm

I have my DAS configured on our "USER" container as opposed to specific
individual users.

You might wanna try that and see if it makes any difference.
