Radius Client Failed to Load

We tested the Radius service as outlined in Craig Johnson's NMAS Radius
Guide and got it working fairly quickly on our test server.

However, we are trying to get it to run on the final production server and
it won't load. We just get an error in the logger screen "RADIUS Service
failed to load".

I've recreated the DAS object several times to make sure I have the right
password and that doesn't seem to be the issue.

1. 1st question: is there any place to look at a log file that might give me
more information on why it won't load?

I will paste in the RADDBG.log at the end of this message, but that doesn't
seem to have any useful information (at least for me :-).

2. Is there any place that I should check for rights? I'm suspecting that
might be the issue, but I can't confirm it.

Here are the Stats:

The Tree consist of two NetWare 6.5 sp6 servers with one running Netmail 3.5
and the other one we setup for NDS replication and to also run the RADIUS
authentication. Very basic setup.

Any help would be appreciated. Please let me know if you need any additional
information.

What does the same debug log look like from the server where this is
working?

Do you have a replica on the production server?
