Unfortunately, I don't have access to my BMgr servers right now to
test, but I have seen an issue with street view before. One of my
clients has a service to track his trucks with gps devices, using
software running on an internal server. Street view names weren't
working (may or may not be issue you are seeing). I was seeing IP
addresses embedded in the html code involved when I did packet traces
that were causing failures. I ended up dummying up some arp table
entries, if I recall correctly, to get the feature to work inside the
network. (It worked outside the network). So as a start, I suggest
using wireshark, and possibly pktscan.nlm on the BMgr server, to look
at the failing function. See if you find something in the html code
pointing where you don't want it to.
