IP Boot Disk

My card won't bind to IP. I am using an e100b
but it won't bind. It gives me a message that it
cannot find PCI resources? The card definitely
works but not with the boot disk. Here's my
net.cfg
Netware Dos Requester
File Cache Level = 0
First Network Drive= F
Preferred Server= TCS1
Name Context= ."BocaMain.NCCI"
Netware Protocol = NDS
Max Cache Size = 5000
but it won't bind. It gives me a message that it
