Arcserve 7 Netware 5.1 merge problem

Good day and HELP HELP,

I've got a problem with a netware server. We got Arcserve 7 as
backuptool. De backup job ends succesfully but when i want to restore
a file i don't see anything in the list. I've tried to merge the tape.
The merge operation was succesfull but still there is nothing in the
list. I found a document on the site of Arcserve (support.ca.com) that
tell's you to adjust the settings of BTRIEVE (document 10133 "Managing
and Configuring the Arcserve Database with BTRIEVE 7"). I modified the
settings and rebooted the server. Still no happy ending.

Please help me .....
