I am running the trial version of Arcserve 9 for Netware and am unable
to carry out a backup.
When submitting a job it goes through a process of formatting the
blank tape then sits at 'waiting' for just over a minute then goes to
'failed'.
The reason given in the log screen is 'Failed to login'.
I am using the top level admin user account and password.
Other details:
If I deliberately enter the wrong name or password it instantly comes
back with an error message.
So what is it that is causing it to fail to login after a more than a
minute of trying?
