ArcServeIT 6.6 (EE) and BackupExec 8.6 (remote only) on the same NetWare 5.1 server

We are running ArcServeIT 6.6 (full, enterprise edition) on a NetWare
server. We just purchased a Window 2000 server, and have installed
BackupExec v8.6 on it. We have also installed the NetWare remote
agent on the NetWare server. The goal is to have BackupExec (on Win2k)
backup our server (NetWare 5.1).

When we tried to load the BE remote agent on the NetWare server, it
told us that we needed to unload TAPESVR.NLM. I presume that is
because BE needs to use it instead of (or in addition to?) ArcServeIT.
I would like to be able to keep ArcServeIT running simultaneously with
the BE agent on the NetWare server.

The Question:: Is it possible to run both ArcServeIT 6.6 and the BE
NetWare agent together, simultaneously, on a NetWare 5.1 server
without running into problems?

I do not plan to use both applications at the same time, but would
prefer not to have to unload ArcServeIT every time I need to use BE to
backup the NetWare server.

Has anyone tried this, or heard if it will work?
