Backup Exec 9.0 on Netware

Has anyone tried restoring a NetWare server using Backup Exec 9.0 with
the IDR (Intelligent Disaster Recovery) feature? We tested the IDR
yesterday and ended up with an error that their Tech Support could not
answer. We basically had them saying that IDR for NetWare does not
work, has never worked and will not work unless their program is
rewritten. We are seeking either a fix, or a refund for IDR as they
have sold us a product that according to a 4th level tech simply does
not work. I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem,
or a fix for IDR and NetWare. I would also like to know what software
you use to backup NetWare. If I can find something better all the way
around, I would seek to get a complete refund and switch. I am a bit
disappointed with BE because we could find no reference to the error
we had in their knowledge base, but we could find plenty of people
with the same problem in the newsgroups.
