Abend help!

Hi, all, we are running NW3.12 250 user. Today, we got an Abend error as
following:
Abend: General protection processor Exception (error code 00000000)
OS Version: Novell Netware V3.12 (250user) 8/12/93
Running Process: Server 02 process
EIP: 00104ABC
Stack: "a bunch of Hex codes here."
Press "y" to copy diagnostic image to disk
Otherwise Power off and back on to restart.

Otherwise Power off and back on to restart.
I did Power off, wait for a minute and then power back on, but the same
abend error pops up after the server running for a few minutes.
What should we do to fix it?
